Finally back to my old self!
I had suffered from feeling constantly down and not wanting to do anything and with mood swings. Sally was highly recommended to me so I was straight there. Fitness had been a big part of my life and now I have rejoined the gym and started doing the hobbies I love again. Panic Attacks
I got in contact with Sally through a recommendation. I had 3 sessions with her. She was extremely friendly and I felt really safe. Sally was really understanding about how I was feeling. I have never felt so relaxed and at ease. I have been using the techniques Sally taught me and they work a treat; I’ve been going out and not had a panic attack since. One regret, I wish I saw her sooner!
